Apartment no1 is in the ground floor (two stairs), entrance is through the S-E oriented covered terrace. It consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds). Very big Living room with big wooden table and clic-clac sofa bed. Living room is connected with small kitchen (cooking stove, electric hot plates, oven, refrigerator with small freezer, dishes). Bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is nearest to the barbecue which is shared with other guests in the house. In the yard there are 5 parking places, and cars can be parked near the fence and across the street as well. House can be approached from two sides (two small streets) W and E. In the garden there is an open-air shower with sun heated water that we find very practical after arriving from beach and wash our legs covered with sand. The house is very near to the beach so usually when we go to the beach or to take a dip in the sea we take only a towel and summer sandals... although some of us like to go barefoot.

The time of arrival to our apartments should be about 13.00 h and departure at 10.00 a.m.

HOUSE RULES

Welcome!

To ensure you a pleasant vacation we kindly request that you observe the following house rules.

• On your arrival please leave your passport/id. card at the agency.
• On your departure day please leave the room or apartment before 10 a.m. (or you will be asked to pay for it if there are no other guests coming into your apartment)
• The landlord is not responsible for the property of the guest.
• House pets may be brought into the apartment only with the permission of the landlord. It is not permitted to leave the pet in the room/apartment without supervision.
• It is forbidden to bring into the apartment inflammables, explosives or materials with strong and/or unpleasant odour.
• Please respect the other guests by limiting your noise from 11.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.
• Please take care of the rented room or apartment, switch off electrical items and turn off taps when you are not using them. In case of malfunctioning appliances please contact the landlord immediately.
• Any guest that causes damage, disturbances or breaks the house rules may be asked to leave and compensate the landlord for any damage caused
